When will my Ad be posted?
All ads are reviewed by the MusicianHunter.com team before being uploaded to our database. Once your ad copy and credit card is approved, your ad will be uploaded to our live server. This generally takes anywhere from 1-12 hours. You will receive an email when your ad has been published.

How do I cancel my Ad?
After your credit card is initially billed, it will be billed upon the expiration of each prepaid billing cycle until cancellation is made. Cancellation is very simple and easy. Click on the LOGIN link on the toolbar above and complete the simple cancellation for to instantly activate an ad cancellation. Cancellation must be received 3 days prior to the expiration of your prepaid billing cycle date or your ad will automatically renew.

Is my credit card information safe?
Absolutely. When you use your credit card on MusicianHunter.com, rest assured that the transaction is completely secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/https). This technology safeguards and encrypts your personal information and guarantees privacy. We also utilize a sophisticated address verification procedure. Can I pay by check, or only credit card?

Are there any hidden charges?
No. You will only be charged the advertised prices. If at anytime you have any questions relating to MusicianHunter.com's method of billing or the charges to your account, send e-mail to  billingdept@musicianhunter.com.

Can I make changes to my Ad?
Yes, make as many changes as you'd like absolutely free. To change your ads, click on the LOGIN link on the toolbar above and complete the simple UPDATE form to instantly activate ad changes.

Why isn't my email address directly linked to my Ad?
Actually there is a "blind link" from your ad to your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is hidden from the public for anti-spam reasons. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to include an email address in your ad copy.

I sent an email to myself and didn't receive it, why not?
Because our e-mail forwarding system is automated, e-mails sent to and from the same address or e-mails that the system considers to be "spam" or that say "test" or "does this work" are filtered and may not be forwarded to you.

Do you sell my email address?
Absolutely not! Your email address will never be intentionally revealed to anyone. All email replies to your ad are done blindly. This prevents your email address from being "harvested" from spammers.  We also recommend that you do not disclose your email address within your ad copy.

Who will see my Ad?
MusicianHunter.com attracts visits globally. Currently there are more than 9,000 ad searches being conducted on our database every day.
