Experienced Bass Player looking for a quality good paying gig. I am 60yo located in Hot Springs Village, AR. Been playing music all my life. Been around the block and back again when it comes to music. I surely know what it takes to assemble a tight, respectable and quality show. My last gig was with a country/classic rock band together for 15 years, same 5 guys. I play an electric 4 & 5string bass and my rig is high end concert quality. Music tastes include countryrock to classic country, to classic rock to southern rock, to soul to blues to Christian rock. I have sung harmonies in other bands but I would not sell myself as a singer whatsoever.  I will ship you my last bands demo CD if you like. I am dependable, friendly and always give any gig my best effort. Please note: I do not play for free. I am searching for a bunch of friendly, professional, honest players.  I am free to gig as much or as little as the goals of the band require. Touring is no problem as long as the pay scale and work environment is good.  If you need drugs, alcohol or any other abusive substances to get you through your day or if you have a bloated drama dependent ego, please do not contact me. Technically and musically advanced blues and chromatic harmonica player/teacher, most recently backing Gil Franklin, also sings (lead/backup), and doubles on electric bass. Has professional live club gear, digital home studio equipment, and rehearsal space. Wants to form or join a band to perform both originals and covers at 2-6 gigs/month in Central Arkansas, and especially to record CD. Preferred styles: blues, early R&B and funk, roots and Southern rock, some jazz, some country, and practically any well-crafted song that is arranged intelligently and sung and played well.
